What are the payment terms? 
Standard payment terms are 100% payable with Purchase Order.

What are the Minimum Order Quantities? 
MOQs can vary by product type, source manufacturer and volumes. MOQ may be subject to changes based on manufacturing conditions. If you are below the MOQ for a product contact a Representative to review options. Direct purchases online are available for in-stock items and terms of minimum order quantities made available for purchase. 
What documents are required as the buyer for export and customs?
Documentation requirements should be provided in the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order confirmation.
Certified medical grade products ordered typically include required logistic and customs documentation for export. 
Typically all exportation requirements are managed by SteriPro for any products purchased where they are the supplier. 
It is advisable to be prepared to provide corporate documentation should it be required.
Is there financing options for orders?  
In circumstances where the required terms or an order may not be fulfilled due to funding cycles or procurement policies, financing options may be available. Contact your Representative to review alternative solutions.  
Can I receive Samples?  
Sample may be made available by request upon availability. All products have been reviewed and approved by the accrediting body. Product approval and certification designations have been identified within the product catalogue. Additional live product or packaging images may be made available for further inspection short of physical samples. Contact your Representative to discuss your needs. In circumstances where the required terms or an order may not be fulfilled due to funding cycles or procurement policies, financing options may be available. Contact your Representative to review alternative solutions.  
What are the risks of exporting products sourced from China? 
There have been publicized instances of volatility in the supply chain for products sourced from China. Instances of improper product shipments or quality of shipments are most common in exportation from China all of which are mitigated with proper supply chain management. SteriPro supplied products are supported by prominent source affiliations and end-to-end representation at all critical points of processing and logistics to further support an effective supply chain.   
Where can I reference certification documents?
Supporting certification and documentation should be provided with a complete order Quote. Specific documentation can be provided upon request with your Representative.  
How can I check the status of my order?
You can contact your Representative to request a status report of your order. Normally you will be notified of any significant changes to orders timelines and notifications of arrivals.  
How can I modify my order?
Manufacturing orders modifications can be requested and efforts will be made to adjust the order within manageable periods prior to the scheduled production time and allotments. Additional costs may be incurred for order adjustments. On-line orders can be adjusted within 24-hours of the order being submitted prior to shipment.

What are the cancellation terms of my order?
Cancellation terms are defined within the Purchase Order confirmation / contract. On-line orders are subject to the purchase terms and conditions agreed to upon purchase.
